Hi, I’m Anna.
I am passionate about helping people find clarity, self-compassion, and balance in their lives. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves, so I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment or pressure. In our work together, you can expect compassion, curiosity and practical support. I’ll listen deeply and meet you where you are. I’ll also gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward lasting change in your relationships, work, and sense of self.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and active. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means our sessions may involve exploring the different “parts” of you, uncovering the deeper roots of your struggles, and developing practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions — particularly those who tend toward overthinking, perfectionism, self criticism, or avoidance. I also work with clients exploring questions of faith, identity, and meaning — offering support for those experiencing shifts or struggles in their spiritual or religious life. Whether you’re seeking to quiet the noise of self-criticism, reconnect with your values, or feel more grounded in who you are, therapy can be a powerful place to begin that work.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Gordon College and my Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), credentialed through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB).
